Erlo Group closes a collaboration agreement with the American company MidStates International with the aim of multiplying its business in USA, Canada and Mexico.

 

We are very pleased to announce the collaboration agreement that was signed yesterday with the President of MidStates International Arnold D. Jones. The purpose is to increase the business in USA, Canada and Mexican markets.

For many decades ago, Erlo Group has been commercializing their drills in the North American market, and for a decade ago it has also been commercializing special machines of the Ibermach brand.

This agreement is included in the commercial growth strategy of the group, as well as the progressive commercialization of Machining Units Head business and the Ibermach Customized Solutions business.

It is a global agreement with special focus on the commercialization of Machining Units Head business and the Ibermach business, which extends to other area such as the Service (Spare Parts and Preventive Maintenance).

MidStates International is a company with a very solid positioning in the Automotive, Aerospace and Machine Tool sectors. It has more than 30 years of experience in the market and it collaborates with leading brands such as KIRA.

 

We consider this agreement as another step of the commercial strategy of Erlo Group. Recently, a commercial agreement for the the UK and Ireland has been closed with a new Country Manager (Paul Woolley), and now this global agreement for the North America with MidStates International is closed. Briefly, we hope to close and inform about the redefinition strategy of the commercial network of Erlo Group.
