During this week, two new machines from our standard product catalogue have been dispatched; being a German engineering company and Vilchez machinery (Spanish company), their respective destinations.

 

On the one hand, with the adaptation of two CG.30 units, positioning their pulley boxes with 15º tilt under request, and a quick-change tool holder for SK40 DIN2080 CAPM3-M16, the units are designed to be used in a transfer machine used in the cupping and bordering processes with a total cycle time of 4". This unit has a maximum drilling capacity in Ø30mm steel, available in automatic mooring under ISO40 DIN 2080, DIN 69871 and MAS 403-BT standards.

 

On the other hand, for a national customer, the SE-25 series table drill with intermediate table, which improves the operator’s comfort during the drilling process. With a steel drilling capacity of Ø 25mm and M22 threading, the machine offers both manual (SE) and automatic (SEA) feed options, gear transmission and a fixed table, movable and rotating head.
