Vision

ERLO integrates different artificial vision systems to optimise process automation, both in feeding machinery and in controlling the positioning and geometry of parts. One of the systems we use the most is bin picking technology, which detects the position of parts within the container with an artificial vision camera.

Once the image has been captured, a signal is sent to the robot to automatically feed the machine. This system is ideal to operate without human supervision, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
