Spare part supply service

Our spare part supply service runs continually over several years (to be established with the customer) during which Erlo Service will take charge of the ordered purchasing, stocking and supplying of spare parts for the customer’s machine, according to the frequencies defined in the Maintenance Plan and the list of spare parts agreed to.

The services included in the supply of spare parts are as follows:

1. Drawing up a Maintenance Plan together with the customer.
2. Drawing up a list of specific spare parts for the machine, with a view to keeping it in good working order and guaranteeing optimum productivity.
3. Purchase and stocking, by Erlo Service, of all spare parts defined for the years agreed to.
4. Storage of the spare parts at the Erlo Service warehouse.
5. Urgent dispatch of spare parts in the event of unexpected incidents. Dispatch in less than 8 hours from receiving notification.
6. Staggered dispatch of spare parts in batches according to the frequencies defined in the Maintenance Plan.
7. Specialist telephone assistance 24/7 for any query or eventuality.
